Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sweet Confession! We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below, which applies to both in-store purchases at our Miraroad location and online shopping cart purchases at sweetconfession.store.

Return Policy:

We accept returns for items purchased at our Miraroad store within 7 days of the purchase date. For online shopping cart purchases, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@sweetconfession.com with your order number and reason for the return. For in-store purchases, please bring the item(s) along with a valid receipt to our Miraroad store. For online shopping cart purchases, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process the return and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for online shopping cart purchases unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or not as described.

Refund Policy:

We offer refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at customerservice@sweetconfession.com within 3 days of delivery so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request that you provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us process your request.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to initiate a return in order to receive a refund.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that are opened, used, or not in their original packaging, unless they are damaged or defective.
